Just what I wanted.
Everything was fine other then the fact that I did not see the delivery charge until after I was logged into my paypal acct. It may have been somewhere before that but I never saw it. Even started a second order just to see where I missed it but never saw it. I expected there to be a delivery charge but wish I could have seen it before committing to purchase. But niece loved her B-day balloons and that's what was important.
My girlfriend loved her flowers and they were delivered in a timely fashion.
I do not know the quality of the flowers, as I was not the recipient and she is not able to speak with me yet due to recovering from major surgery. So...depending on how well the flowers hold up the rating may very well go up to 5 stars or drop (last flowers I had delivered from a different florist looked great for only one day and then looked horrible).

I ordered a stuffed Teddy bear for my wife but she said that she received a Giraffe instead. Not that a giraffe was terrible but I was expecting that she would receive a teddy bear.

I would have appreciated the delivery more if even though it was not sent as a same day delivery as it was supposed to, that I would have received some type of warning about this. It is not right to promise a same day delivery and then not do so. I do appreciate the upgrade made for this incident, but a birthday comes only once a year, not the following day.
