SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ARRANGEMENT that was delivered. I am not hard to please. Spent more on flowers than I usually do. Even upgraded to "deluxe". This was a special gift for a special day. The actual product DID NOT resemble the arrangement depicted on the website. Lots of fill in greenery and few blooms. Will share my experience on my social media site so others won't be disappointed. Learned my lesson.

So far it has been easy. Hard to know the size by the pic but hoping it is nice. I was a little hesitant about ordering online since I did before from another site and never got my flowers. I will let you know when I see them on wed night.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
