Expensive. Also it wasn't just like the picture. It was in a SMALL square vase not a long stemed one like the picture which is what I thought I paid for. I hate the small 6 inch tall vases, to me its just not "flowers" it seems cheap like half priced flowers. Not happy with the hight of the vase nor the flowers.

Though it was same day delivery, my wife had already left work before the flowers were delivered. Would have been nice to have seen an estimated delivery time.
Also nice would be an earlier estimate of all fees -- including taxes & shipping.
And, it would also be nice to be able to filter making selection of a product quicker.

The standing spray for friend's memorial service was very beautiful and enjoyed looking at the arrangement and bow. The smaller vase of flowers (on sale) was rather disappointing, but it is easy to forget that decent flower arrangements can be rather expensive. Thank you.

I gave specific instructions to call my sister to arrange delivery yesterday. Instead the delivery person stopped by at 11am yesterday, left a note to call and/or the delivery would be made today.
The delivery was made today, however my sister's birthday was YESTERDAY.! Ugh!

My family received them in a very timely manner. I have no way of knowing if the order was complete and what I ordered and it would be very cheesy to ask, so I won't. I am simply counting on you and your system. Thank you and keep up the good work. I was very grateful to be able to send the beautiful flowers so easily and reasonably priced on such short notice. The roses I ordered arrived a day late, hot and in a hot box. The leaves and roses all looked like they had been driven around in the Texas heat for quite awhile. I'll chose a local florist next time where I'm guaranteed freshness.

I received the confirmation a little after 7pm but they actually didn't arrive until after 8. The website stated that deliveries would be made by 6pm, so I was very displeased with that.
