There were fake sunflowers in the arrangement, I have never seen fake flowers in a live arrangement. The real ones never fully opened. They looked pretty the first day and then started dying. Half the arrangement was dead on wednesday. I originally requested they be delivered on Sunday and paid extra for that. I received a call letting me know the florist would not be able to do that and they would give me an upgrade in the arrangement and deliver on Monday morning. The arrangement was not an upgrade at all and it was not delivered until after 2pm. Overall I did not have a positive experience.

I hope to be happy. Can't comment further until I see the flowers delivered to my wife. My wife liked then, but I thought they could have been a little fresher. Also dropped off by UPS with no call. I thought they would call us to let us know they were delivered. I found out online.

My friend was not happy with the florist. She was out when the delivery was made and they left a card without a phone number in such a place they nearly missed it. When my friend called, they told her to come and pick them up. She is elderly and just home from the hospital so they finally agreed to deliver them. My friend said the flowers were lovely but I did not see them. I don't understand why they did not call before delivery, that's why we are asked to provide a number. Florist was Monica's

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
