I sent the flowers to my granddaughter in AZ so didn't actually see them, but she seemed quite happy to get them, so I am assumig they were as ordered.
What i order was not what my sister received. I am very disappointed. Everything was wrong with the flower arrangement. And i order with purple square vase she got plain regular vase. My main thing was the purple vase. Not worth $46 for bad service. Not sure if i will order from your company again.
When I ordered the "Delux" product, I anticipated it would look like the website picture (which is what the website said, when ordering the Delux). It did not. It was smaller, had less flowers (missing the blue ones which were the ones that caught my eye and the reason I chose that particular arrangement), and the vase was nowhere near the same as what was portrayed on the website. Also, I didn't have an opportunity to give the best time for delivery, and the flowers were supposed to be a surprise, which is why I left my phone number. But instead, when delivery was attempted, a note was left and my husband ended up having to call.

I liked the items that were available & prices not to bad, but when I pay extra for delivery before noon & the item does NOT delivered until 2:30 you might say I'm very disappointed. My son works very early hours & can leave the office by 2 or 2:30 it was just by chance that he was there & was not gone for the weekend. I wish to be reimburse for this fee! No store credit!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
