My wife was pleased with the arrangement. I was upset due to paying the extra price and for the medium size which looked nothing at all like what I ordered. There were no roses or a purple vase. I guess in a way it is my fault for not reading the small print. I will say the flowers are nice but not what I ordered. I also think the $52 I paid was very high for what I ordered. The delivery speed was very fast and my wife did enjoy them.
I always pick the "florist choice" the flowers are lovely and last at least 10 days.
Product did not arrive on time as stipulated, I paid extra to ensure delivery at noon or before. Time of delivery was past that time. Product was adequate but expected more.
My order had orange roses and they were supposed to be yellow roses. Just like the picture show. It was our anniversary and we had yellow roses in our wedding. The flowers are nice but the wrong color.

I came here thru ebates, but when I tried to pay via paypal, I would loose the ebates connection and have to start all over. Paying by credit card caused no issue. Somewhat aggravating.
What my husband received vs what was pictured was so very different. I didn't expect the same brand of the items as shown, but I would have expected the same quality. In my opinion, I paid $70 for a few bags of higher end cookies. And he received $70 worth of oreos and keebler and store brand cookies.

Eventho the flower arrangement was nice and looked good, the PHOTO on the on line display was deceptive, The online picture appeared full, the arrangement looked more of a rounder look, more red and yellow flowers and less green. But, the receiver enjoyed what she recieved
Upon ordering I was hoping for the complete package as shown on the web site. The vase was not in stock from whomever was used as the florist locally. The vase sent with the rest of the order was just fine visually. And, the customer service was very on spot and caring. Thanks to those whom I spoke to.
