Pricing for same day delivery a little much
Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. The bouquet was a bit smaller than I thought it would be based on the picture and the price. Recipient was very surprised and pleased however, and that is what counts! I would use fromyouflowers.com in the future because of how simple the ordering process was.

Service and handling charges were not explained before I got to the end. Recipient just sent me a picture. The bouguet is much smaller than shown in the picture. I am embarrassed by what she received.

The flowers were for my mothers 94th Birthday. She is English and lives in Las Vegas USA, I live and work in the middle East. When I contacted her to wish her a happy birthday she said the flowers were lovely and that she was very pleased with them. She also commented on the fact that the red roses did actually smell of roses,which is quite unusual and not always the case for some flower retailers.

The website was easy to navigate - had different payment options & smooth payment screen. I had a need to speak to the Customer Services dept and the service they gave was excellent.
I ordered the 'Birthday Cake' flowers (which I have not seen here in the UK) complete with candles and balloons the whole thing was absolutly beautiful, my daughter was thrilled to received them.
