Paid extra to have it delivered before 12. It didn't show up until 7:30pm... a refund would definitely be appreciated. At least for the extra I paid for shipping.
The only complaint I have is that when the flowers were delivered, the delivery person barely knocked loud enough for anyone to hear, including the dog, and my sister had to drive to the shop to pick up the flowers that were supposed to be a surprise for Her.

Two things I did not like, first I paid expedited for my order to be received early, at 2 in the afternoon but it was received about two hours later, people waiting for the flowers had plans they had to chance because you guys were late, I think if you can't deliver on time you should advise the person sending...
The other thing is that my order wasn't as I ask it, I asked for yellow balloons because they mean something special for the receiver... I got fullll colored balloons, also the flowers did not look as pretty as in the website, the arrangement was a little bit messy... I know is not possible they to be just like in the pic, but I really expected better.
