I found that ordering from you on line was a smooth and easy process. My only problem was that the recipient received the flowers with a 'Happy Birthday' balloon attached. This poor lady was just diagnosed with terminal cancer. I ordered a 'Get Well' balloon to be attached. The only reason I used the 'get well' message was to not diminish her hope. So not only did she not get the 'get well' balloon, she got a 'Happy Birthday".
My order was a birthday gift for my sister in Houston area. I was very surprised when she told me it had just been left on the doorstep and her son brought it in when he got home from work. She and her three room mates were home all day and the doorbell never rang. I find this a very odd delivery practice.
My mother-in-law loved the plant/flower arrangement.
Flowers were fresh. I ordered the deluxe. I thought it could have been fuller but it was sill pretty.
Silly pet peeve but wish the card signature space allowed me to write more. I ended up including the signature in the note part but it came out spaced strange.
Overall, flowers were nice and the price was better than other places.

My daughter said whoever delivered her flowers banged on her door so hard that she was too scared to open it. She had to go to the office at her apartment complex to get her flowers. I was very upset about that.
Quite honestly, I never saw the flowers because I did not send them to myself. They were sent to a friend which you would have known had you checked the order.

The largest arrangement option that I paid for was not quite as full as pictured, in my opinion. Also, a few flowers never bloomed and a couple looked slightly aged. My wife still enjoyed them though, so not too big of a deal.

After looking at what your headlines say about your deluxe to premium, the product i received was disappointing. I chose premium because i thought i would be buying the picture that was illustrated along with the product. Some of the flowers weren't even in bloom yet, which is basically me buying fruits that aren't even ripe.
I will not come back to your site.
