The ordering process was easy, the prices were reasonable, and customer service got back to me quickly. In spite of all this, I paid to have my order delivered before 12 noon the next day and they were not delivered until almost 5 pm. Also, the flowers did not look like the picture. The picture didn't show carnations, and the flowers that were delivered had carnations. Also, it was not as full as the picture and I ordered the deluxe which is supposed to be what the picture shows. I will probably never order from here again.
The online image showed many more sunflowers but in the actual bouquet there was only 1. I ordered these for my mom's birthday and sunflowers are her favorite. I was disappointed there were not more in the arrangement.
It was good still a little pricey but for same day delivery not bad...the arrangement looked a little different than the picture it had red roses on the pic and arrangement came w pink and other flowers

Your order put on a default price that appear to be a midpoint, but if customer chooses a lower price it does not show the difference in looks ect...

I was disappointed that the zip code chart did not work properly. There were also hidden costs that I didn't realize until checkout. It made them too expensive. Other than that, the experience has been good.

So, in this case - my wife did not receive her flowers on the day that I had expected, nor did she receive a $42 valued product.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
