On close inspection, I discovered the florist had included a low growing plant with tiny red flowers nestled in the "front" of the basket. The arrangement was not as appeared on the graphic. This arrangement was picked due to the receiver being male and sick. (Get well gesture) What was received was a pink floral arrangement with pink ribbons and a pink balloon. (Not what i paid for) I have had great experience with all orders prior to this one, not sure how this went wrong.
I ordered flowers for my boss and they took an extra day to get to her. They offered to upgrade me for the mistake but the upgrade wasn't anything special

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
