Nothing about the bouquet besides the ONE sunflower says summer to me! I received ONE sunflower and a couple of red roses and green leaves with another small flower (I do not know the name of)- Red roses are not summer flowers and this bouquet looks absolutely nothing like the picture presented to me online.
I understand that some flowers may change and the size is also not the same but these flowers do not represent the same color scheme, presentation or even quality as pictured and expected.
I was able to speak to someone over the phone today and she offered me 20% back on the order which I do not think is all that fair for the quality and the lack of flowers I received.
I've used from you flowers many times in the past and have always been satisfied, except for this time!

I sent birthday flowers to my husband's aunt in Plum City, WI. We live in CA so I am unable to see the flowers. I called the care center where she lives and they confirmed that she received a dozen beautiful red roses, not very open, so we assume they will last a while. The entire process of ordering was very easy and the flowers arrived when promised.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
