I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN 4 HOURS HOWEVER THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED IN THAT TIME & I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE REP WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY BUT DID CONTACT THE LOCAL FLORIST & WAS SUPPOSED TO REFUND ME THE FEE BUT DIDN'T.
Site was easy to navigate and to find a beautiful gift. Recipient was very pleased when it arrived. I will definitely use fromyouflowers.com again.

VERY REASONABLE PRICES, I PAID EXTRA FOR A FULLER ARRANGEMENT AND FROM WHAT I SAW IT WAS THE SAME AS PICTURED WHICH WAS THE LOWEST AMOUNT FOR THIS BOUQUET. I THOUGHT THE BOUQUET WOULD BE FULLER AND THAT IS NOT WHAT I SAW. I FEEL I WASTED MONEY AND YOU DID NOT EXACTLY DO AS YOU ADVERTISED, I UPGRADED TO BOUQUET AND THAT IS NOT THE BOUQUET THEY RECEIVED.
