My mother had to pick up her flowers from the delivery guy... Not what I paid for. She only received maybe 7 carnations. It was a terrible experience. Thankfully CS understood and was able to help me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
