I received a phone call from a florist in Newton, KS telling me that my flowers were not going to be delivered to Burrton, KS because it was not worth the cost of delivering them for him. I contacted the website by email telling them of this and that I didn't know if my flowers were going to be delivered and that I didn't want to be charged for them. I was assured that my flowers would be there on the day specified and they were delivered and were beautiful. I was bothered that I got that phone call and then had to worry about canceling the charge to my card. Everything turned out fine though.

Not happy sorry looking flowers
The flower arrangement received was nothing like it was advertised. Extremely disappointed and surprised at the low quality of flowers. I have pictures to prove it. I would not order ever again.
The best thing about this order was the pleasant UPS delivery guy who went the extra mile to ensure the flowers were delivered on time.
Thought the plant would have been bigger and a better quality. It was a little tilted looking.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
