I was happy to find that I had the option of a guaranteed 4 hour delivery, however, the product I ordered, a funeral standing spray, was substituted with a funeral basket. Customer Care left me a message to say the local florist could not provide within the time and was very apologetic. The basket was acceptable but not as nice as the standing spray. The funeral ushers held up each arrangement and acknowledged who sent them. Overall I was happy and will use this vendor again but will probably call instead of online ordering. Having to order at the last minute was out of my control.
