Didn't realize there is 15$fee for s&h. Not clear on the site until almost done with the order. The prices are misleading. It shows on a web site as 34.99 but then in the shopping cart when confirming the order it shows as 50$ and 15$ coupon is applied. The site should show 50$ then when checking out the coupon should be subtracted. And the price should say 'before shpiing and handling'

The flowers that I purchased were MUCH smaller than pictured. And over $50? I could have made that for $10 MAX. (there were sunflowers and some greenery) not only that... I had them delivered to City Of Hope hospital where you are NOT ALLOWED to have flowers at. I didn't know that. Other flower companies will say that they cannot deliver to that hospital. I only found this out because when other people I know tried to have flowers sent those companies let them know. I feel that I wasted $50.00 on a handful of flowers that the patient couldn't have in her room or even see. I would put this on your list of not able to deliver for future customers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
