I placed a Same day ordered. I called them because flowers were not delivered. They said they couldn't find a florist to deliver on same day and they had called me and left me a voice mail. I had a missed call from an unknown # and NO message. They refunded me the 2.99 for the same day delivery and upgarded the arragement and send the recipient a $10.00 gift certificate. I have place 4 orders with them and 2 have been messed up.
