Thanks, this was the best shopping experience. Lots of choices and same day delivery! Wow. Called at 8:30 the flowers were delivered by noon.

It was quick, easy and offered same-day delivery options. I did pay for it to arrive before noon and it didn't show up until four but the quality of the flowers made up for it.

I am very irritated by only being shown the service charge of 14.99 AFTER I've filled everything out including billing info. It's not mentioned ANYWHERE on the previous pages. Only approval for a small "day of delivery" charge of 2.99. Definitely sneaky and misleading. Just put that charge up front, don't try to slip it in on the last page.

Completely forgot about parents' anniversary, ordered them flowers the day of and they arrived at their house about 5 hours later. Beautiful flowers, balloon, and card. Wish I didn't have to pay as much as I did, but was happy with the product. All in all would recommend, but also wish it wasn't as pricey.

I paid extra to have them delivered before noon. My daughter left to make a quick run to the store shortly after noon - to return and find them sitting on her porch. She said that there was something with them showing that they were delivered@ 11am, but she said she was home at that time and when she left they were not out there and when she returned they were sitting on the porch. When a person pays@ $20 just for the delivery - that is pretty sad that they couldn't be delivered on time.

Even tho I still placed the order. I think the 14.99 "handling" charge is a little overboard. Probably won't order again because that's high in my book. Then on top of that. The arrangement wasn't very big for the price. I just don't feel like I got what I paid for.
