The flowers themselves were pretty and the colors were vibrant but the arrangement looked awful and the vase did not fit the flower length. The flowers were drooped over the sides of the vase. Definitely not worth the $56!

I am pleased with the easy access to place the order but honestly the amount of money that I paid and let's include the shipping fee I mean literally for the flowers it was NOT worth it I was extreme disappointed when I got to my mothers house and say the size and portion of the flowers I have shopped at other online services and the products are worth my money :( sadly I don't think I will be using this company again. I am not angry but extremely disappointed but I do want to thank you

Pretty easy. What got me to come back was the coupon for free shipping that I received through e-mail after I didn't place my order. When I was checking out, I thought the delivery fee was way to high and cancelled my order.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
