I tried at least 4 local flower shoppes in my immediate area and could not get one response to a same day delivery for a local party. I was so upset then clicked on your website, placed my order and within an hour those flowers were delivered and they were beautiful! Thank you very very much, the woman I sent them to not only lost her husband in a terrible car accident, she was driving & very seriously hurt, well she loved her flowers and thanked me over & over.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
