This company AGAIN GAVE ME UNNEEDED AND DISGUSTING STRESS.AND STRESS MAKES MY DISEASE EVEN WORSE! I didn't realize it was the same company until after the fact...back to parents who are going to say everything was fine, well they had to rewrite their plans for 4 hours later! We care flowers, REALLY? I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET $$ OFF OF THEIR ORDER, BUT I DON'T SEE ANYTHING, BUT THE VERY SAME AS WHEN I ORDERED! WHY WOULD THE FLORIST USE A MIDDLE MAN, AS even though its not florist fault, it really puts a bad taste in the customers mouth,no matter how the customer looks at this! So i learned my lesson from the debacle..

The recipient did not receive the flowers on the first day, I did not receive any tracking information or updates until I reached out to customer service. I'm curious to know why I am including the recipients contact number of they're not called?
The recipient received the flowers on the second attempt. I feel like I was robbed. No where near a $30 presentation. I think there were 3-4 carnations and a couple of daisies... And some miscellaneous fluff.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
