I paid for expedited shipping (delivery before noon). The flowers did not arrive until after 1pm. I would request a refund, but don't feel like going through the hassle.

I was overall pleased with the service and product however I thought it was a little expensive. I tried to select the smaller size but it was not available for same day delivery so i had to use the higher priced item. In general I'm still pleased with the service and would order again.

I live overseas and wanted to send my dad flowers when he was admitted to the hospital. They went above and beyond to make sure the flowers were delivered to my dad. He was discharged before the the delivery was made and he lives in Covington. They called me to let me know they he had been discharged and the flowers hadn't been delivered. I was so disappointed and didn't know how I was going to get the flowers to him. Even when they found out he lived in Covington they agreed to deliver them. Thank you so much for making sure my dad's flowers were delivered. This meant a lot to me that he was able to get the flowers. I will definitely sing your praises to everyone I know.

Very Easy to Navigate Web Site; however with PAID expedited service, the flowers arrived after 12 noon. The funeral was over by then. I was told that as a minimum, the flowers would be there by noon.

The bouquet she received was nothing like the picture I thought I was ordering. It was supposed to have purple tulips and small sunflowers. It had roses (which I specifically did not want) and carnations. I also ordered the small bouquet and was charged for the next larger one which I don't know for sure which size she received. Unfortunately, I probably not use you again.
