I used this site once already and was pleased with service so I will continue to use it when I need to.
It was easy to order, but why is the handling fee so much and the add said I would receive free delivery if I ordered within the time frame, but they still charged me the delivery fee... and it also said I would get a discount for my first order, but I didn't see the discount for that either.

Quick and easy we see about the delivery
Paid for Same day and expedited shipping on a particular bouquet and was told that the florists couldn't probide thst bouquet on the same day. Why sell it if you can't provide it, ended up with something else. And it didn't ckne within the expedited time. Next time I'll just phone a local florists instead

I saw the flowers one week after they were delivered. They still look great. Must've been gorgeous when they arrived.
I ordered a same day delivery at 9:55 Am. I get a call at 1:55pm saying can't deliver until Monday and their vendor has gone for the day... Totally disappointed. They will take a few days for refund and I get $10 credit for next time. Why would I use them again?
After getting the information on the pricing concerns I had, I believe the customer service is definitely great. I rated low on delivery because I do not know if it made it to my grandmother in the hospital or not, until then I can not base a rate on delivery. I thought the prices were pretty high, after I did some browsing around to other flower shops, I saw one to a very close resemblence to the Fields of Summer for $17.99 For a small bouquet with a vase and a card, versus the 27.99 that is a sale price. I would however recommend this floral shop, for the nicely arranged flower selections, though I'd advise them to be wary on the price, and notify them of the 14.99 handling, and delivery fee that's the minimum. I do love that I can order online and it'll be delivered the next day, that's a great feature, especially if you live so far away and you can't delivery the flowers yourself, but want to brighten a person's day.
