Will see how the flowers end up but online experience was good. Didn't care for the surprise added Service/Handling fee! But then again tried to order at ProFlowers and they added on three of those. Thus I am here ordering from you!
What was delivered didn't look anything like what I ordered but it was pretty. Kinda disappointed in that.

I emailed explaining the flowers were not nearly as nice as the picture that describes them and customer service refunded 25% of my cost. I don't mind paying for quality but when it is not there it is frustrating.

A before noon option should never have been offered. Although the recipient is located in PTZ and I am in EST. I ordered theses flowers at 9:45 EST and requested and paid for a before noon delivery on the west coast. Of course this was difficult for the florist, but since it was offered I accepted. The flowers were not delivered until 5:00 their time. I understand that they are busy and cannot drop everything and run out to deliver. Had the option not been there I wouldn't even had thought it could be done. My expedited fee was refunded. Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
