The selection is outstanding

The selection is outstanding. I especially like the order review so I can correct any mistakes. Thesethings added to to the online order process makes giving gifts very easy and vert quick. This means a lot as I am very busy and don't always have the time for an extra trip to the local flower shop.

Will see how the flowers end up but online experience was good. Didn't care for the surprise added Service/Handling fee! But then again tried to order at ProFlowers and they added on three of those. Thus I am here ordering from you!

What was delivered didn't look anything like what I ordered but it was pretty. Kinda disappointed in that.

I emailed explaining the flowers were not nearly as nice as the picture that describes them and customer service refunded 25% of my cost. I don't mind paying for quality but when it is not there it is frustrating.

A before noon option should never have been offered. Although the recipient is located in PTZ and I am in EST. I ordered theses flowers at 9:45 EST and requested and paid for a before noon delivery on the west coast. Of course this was difficult for the florist, but since it was offered I accepted. The flowers were not delivered until 5:00 their time. I understand that they are busy and cannot drop everything and run out to deliver. Had the option not been there I wouldn't even had thought it could be done. My expedited fee was refunded. Thank you.
