You guys ruined my Mom's Birthday gift! Horrible experience, never buying from this site again. The flowers were left outside therefore the dog chewed them up! My mom recieved a call an hour later saying the flowers were outside, then she told them that the flowers were ruined, the guys said he would replace them sometime this week, but it would not be the same flowers that the first order had: the flowers that I PAID FOR! He also stated she needs ended to give the vase back! What the heck, this place is a joke! Never ever buying from you all again! Beat believe I'm going to go beyond that just a bad review on this. It's unbelievable!

Floral arrangement was very nice and to the picture shown on the site. Delivery was on time...well worth the price for such a pretty spray.

I originally intended to purchase multiple arrangements for my grandsons funeral all going to same location at same time. Upon checkout I had to just purchase the one because I was charged a separate delivery fee for each bouquet. As for the florist, he contacted me before completion and upon delivery I was very happy with his service and with the wreath he designed.

The flowers were great and she was very pleased. Just think the delivery charge for early delivery is kind of bogus. Might want to include that in your price instead of making it an extra charge. After all most work places close between 4 & 5 pm
The flowers were beautiful, but the delivery had issues. They were being sent to someone that is ill and they called for building number and apt. Number, but then delivered to the wrong address. When the driver was called to see where the flowers were it was discovered that they had been left at the wrong address. The driver asked the sick person to drive to pick the flowers up where they had been left! She went and found the flowers sitting in a hallway outside a door! This is terrible customer service and I will not use this florist again for this reason!

Delivered in a timely manner my friend loved the flowers, was not aware of the processing/handling fee until i was about to submit my order so be mindful of that when pricing your purchase out
I've been with u guys for a while some is great some is ok i feel that as a valuable customer you should have better discounts but the overall is great some states not good check the florist before the order u don't get what you pay for
