Thanks so much! My friend loved the flowers for her birthday.
My first experience was terrible:
1. My credit card was rejected and I called in a request;
2. The person I spoke with quoted me a different price;
And
3. After much discussion, I finally got the right price and placed the order.
The recipient was very pleased with the arrangement.
Overall experience has been good so far. Out of 6 orders two have been delivered days late.
I ordered a floral arrangement, based on the photo & written description. It was a bouquet of 100 blooms of a flower I chose for sentimental reasons.
My mother received a beautiful arrangement, but it was completely different from what I ordered...it didn't have even one stem of the flower I ordered. Fortunately, she loved what was sent. But I wasn't happy a substitution had been made without being informed, especially since what I selected had special meaning to me.
Despite that, I'm very happy with the quality of the arrangement & speed of delivery (same day).
My daughter and granddaughter were delighted with the flowers!

They were just beautiful
Shipping cost is high. The flowers and balloon themselves were an okay price, but not super great. The shipping was outrageous. However, I did get it free after my first attempt of ordering and decided not to complete the order. I know this was an enticement to finish.
That being said, I was sent a picture from the recipient and the arrangement is AWESOME and so pretty! I realize you most likely use a local floral shop, so please pass on the compliments to them, if so.

Delivery was speedy, and flowers were fresh. Ordered a custom vase which was a great touch!
When I started my order the flowers were 35.99. By the time I filled in all of the information required, the flowers had magically increased in price to 44.99. Not a good way to do business. Additionally, there is no information about delivery costs until you have supplied all of your payment information. That needs to be upfront in the cart. Hiding this information does not get you more sales, it just makes people angry.
