Flowers are too small...! I was shocked how small they are.! Totally different from the pictures shown online.

Re-entering billing information is a bit ridiculous when having selected the Amazon payments option, as the billing address is attached to the account. This, coupled with the loss of and re-entering of information when switching from one screen to another, makes your site quite frustrating to use.
I thought the flowers were a bit sparse for the price.
The flowers weren't exactly like the picture- didn't seem to have as many roses. But over all my friend loved the surprise for her 30th birthday! :)
Liked the experience but I looked at 1 set of flowers and the preview picture changed when I selected different prices, but I settled on one w/ yellow lilies, the picture did Not change at different prices. I understood that it would include a lily, but that the arrangement would be smaller in the cheaper price range. But there were no lilies in the delivered bouquet. And the vase was different than pictured. I hope one day we'll be able to preview the actual product you get at the price you select, so that people know exactly what they're getting. I.e. I couldn't afford much, but would've gone to the next price up if I had known. But I will still be buying flowers from here. Have a great day!

Somewhat pricey with added fees. However, delivery on the date requested was dependable. The cost may prohibit regular use but I would certainly use again if I were in a time crunch and needed to make sure there was a gift delivered in the actual birthday.

Balloon bouquet far and away exceeded my expectations. The balloons were much larger than expected. The recipient was overwhelmed with the bouquet. I loved the original arrangement of the Zen piece; however when the piece was delivered there was no bamboo in the arrangements just these random twigs which I thought really devalued the arrangements integrity.
It was still pretty and full, but the twigs took away from the arrangement.
