Very disappointed my order was mysteriously cancelled, I decided to check my email for the status of my order on Monday that I ordered on Sunday for a Sunday delivery and I see my order with paymen from paypal and then I see a refund because my order was cancelled?
I called customer service and I was advised I called to cancel my order by phone, my granddaughter was born at 2:30am on 8/23 I ordered the flowers at 4:30 am mainly because of the Sunday Delivery that I paid extra for, I did everything on line, I never called anyone, customer service advised my email was typed incorrectly, and could not explain why the order had been cancelled, but said the order was cancelled by phone, I was sleeping and visited the hospital at 5:30 am on 8-23 because I had to work.
I re-ordered the flowers on 8-24 using my credit card and paid for expedited service, and when he asked is there anything else I said yes how about paying for the shipping fee, and he sent me a $20 online discount coupon to use for my next order.

Flowers were beautiful but the writing was spelled all wrong when I typed it correctly on the website. Kind of disrespectful for my grandmother's funeral. I was embarrassed.

When they sent me an e-mail saying they were delivered and they were not, I began to worry. I called them and was told it was just a big mistake, they were on their way. Five hours later the wrong bouquet was delivered. A cheaper kind of rose, cheap baby's breath as a filler, not the $140 arrangement in the picture. Stay away from these people. Report them to the attorney general of NY as an internet scam. They even told me that my bouquet was sitting at the hospital the whole time in a e-mail. When the first man I spoke to said they had been on the truck all day. The hospital confirmed the flowers (not the ones I ordered) were never delivered until late afternoon. They just send out automatic emails to make you think something was delivered on time. Hospital staff let flower deliveries go directly to the room. No one keeps them at a front desk. These people are running a scam!

The flower arrangement was sent as a surprise to my daughter( who lives in Nebraska) for her birthday. WOW! She was truly surprised and so happy with her beautiful birthday flowers! I did this as a last minute thought (around 11:30 pm) so I was "surprised" when I was woken up by my daughters thank you call. The flower store got them delivered in time to wake her up for her birthday! What a lovely way to wake up:-) She sent me pics of them and they were just perfect. Thank you for making my daughter so happy:-)

It's difficult to enter coupon codes. And I didn't see the service/delivery charge until the last page, so I had a wrong impression of the actual price.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
