Completely disappointed with the customer service and not trying to proactively assist me in any troubles causing me to double pay for flowers- one order received and one went nowhere. Will not use this company again and will provide my dissatisfaction in an online review so nobody wastesmore money like I did.
As long as the flowers get delivered on time this was a good thing. Flowers did get delivered on time an were a wonderful surprise.

My girlfriend loved the flowers. Very high quality arrangement though I thought it'd be a little bigger. Nonetheless, the dozen of purple roses were pretty big so I guess it made up for the arrangement not being too big.

I didn't see the arrangement but was told the flowers were lovely. My only complaint was that I wasn't told about the $14.95 delivery fee up front. While I understand it varies, some indication should have been noted.
I chose the "florists choice" option and the recipients were very impressed with the bouquet. Easy online ordering, too!

I love this site. I just wish you didn't charge so many fees for your same day delivery. Being charged2.99 same day delivery +4.99 expedited delivery +14.99 shipping & handling fee defeats even getting a10 discount :/ Its a little ridiculous, esp when you want to order multiple bouquets for people. I was going to order two other bouquets for my mom & sister today, but I cant afford it now bc of all these fees you add on to the flowers :( kind of a big bummer.

I paid for the large teddy bear, and I expected something much larger than 1 foot tall. I would have liked pictures or dimensions before I paid for that bear
I ordered this cake for my Aunt's 89th birthday and paid the additional same day delivery. I was called and told "due to a technical difficulty," the flowers would not be delivered on her birthday but would be delivered the next day. They arrived after 5:30 p.m. When I saw the flowers I was disappointed. I have ordered several times for birthdays, funerals, and house warmings. I have been well pleased in the past so not sure if it may be the vendor used in this case. I am being refunded the same day delivery and 5%.
