The flowers delivered did not live up to my expectations of what was ordered. While they were beautiful they made a much smaller impression than I had hoped for. The container was much smaller than the one I ordered and there were no succulents. It did not look like a $120 arrangement. The recipient was pleased but I am disappointed with all the substitutions that we're made - especially without notifying me in advance.

I would have liked to have an idea of what the local flower shop bouquets look like. I picked because it was the most economical, but I have no clue what it will look like.
Now that my loved one received the flowers and they sent me a picture, I was not satisfied. If I knew that it would look like that I would have not ordered it. I could have gone to the grocery store and bought something that looked more professional and twice the size for the same price. I usually us 1800-flowers and I thought I would give this a try. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
