I placed my order on 04/20 with a delivery time before 12 noon on 04/24 none of this happened, I called in twice, once with another guarantee time of 3:30 pm on 04/24 however that time came and passed no flowers, The order finally arrived a little after 6 PM, the flowers were broken and bent and the glass vase was chipped, your delivery person would not leave his name or number it looked like someone had dropped or turned the arrangement over and tried to repair it to no avail the whole thing was a terrible mess, with that I do not think I will be able to do buisness with you anymore
The delivery fee is high. And I wish I knew what it was upfront. Instead of at the very end.
