I don't like the 14.99 service fee. Ridiculous. Already paid 54.99 for the flowers. I have never had so many problems with trying to get flowers delivered and late delivery if I didn't keep bugging them it would be another day to deliver. I don't think the price was good and having a middle man was not good. This was the first time I used them and I won't do it again.

Was searching many flower sites looking for a reasonable sympathy plant. This site was the best and most reasonable.

I ordered and paid for a large bouquet. It was the smallest flowers ever

Kept getting delivered status updates via phone as well as when I called;however, the flowers did not feel me at that time. After numerous phone calls they stated that there was an error with the order status and the flowers would come that day. However, kept getting delivered messages as I waited for delivery, which was stressful. They finally arrived. The flowers were beautiful.

You gave me a 20% discount ($14.00) then Charged me $14.99 handling fee. So I actually paid $.99 more than the regular price.

I also ordered a deluxe bouquet and the picture my daughter sent me was not as 'deluxe' as the picture on the website. It looked like the regular bouquet. I didn't need to spend the extra money for the deluxe if all I was getting was the regular

The web browser stopped when taking me to Amazon pay. I had to browse backwards and then ask to create account. Offered 20% off with code 11G and did not notice it applied
When received order I got what I thought was two small bears instead of one large bear like I requested. I think you should show the sizes of your product. The price doesn't match with what was received.

Flowers were delivered a week early. Very disappointed. Contacted customer service and was offered to have the flowers redelivered but would have to return original flowers. I specifically picked this arrangement for the sunflowers but no sunflowers were included.
