I thought the flower arrangement was generally nice, however it did not look like the picture that was shown when I placed the order. The Lilies and Roses were fine, but the other flowers were somewhat drab without color and the very small greenery with flowers were wilted in some cases. I am not criticizing the flowers but just wanted to make note to you for future orders I may place. A little disappointed! Wayne

First order received a day late, but that was because there was no one home. Appreciate that they didn't just leave it. It came today. Saw a picture and it is adorable. Second order, I have not heard yet.
The entire process was simple and direct. The recipient said the arrangement was very pretty. She mentioned how the colors coordinated with the vase. The were delivered in a timely manner and I was notified of the delivery. Thanks 'From you Flowers' for helping me put a smile on my friends face.
So far so good! I am asking my friend to send me a picture of the flowers to see how they came out, so I really haven't seen them yet, but that wasn't an option on survey. So far I have been pretty pleased with your services. Only once were the flowers a bit different than what I had asked for.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
