The item my friend received looked nothing like the picture online, it was much smaller even though I paid for the largest option, and it had an ugly wrapping and cheap looking balloons...

Flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. Disappointing.
This was my first order with you, normally I used 1800 or proflowers and I was very impressed and happily surprised. The flowers arrived beautifully and before noon even though I didn't pay the expedited shipping to get them by noon. I was happy with the quality of the flowers and the "bang for my buck" as the vase came included in the price also. All in all a GREAT experience and I WILL be a return customer in the future!
