I ordered a large lavender colored floral arrangement that was advertised as having an etched lavendar vase. I spent $75 on the largest arrangement I could get. What was delivered was a puny white and pink crap replacement that looked NOTHING like what I ordered, with a lot less flowers than what was represented, in a generic clear glass vase. They apologized and offered a $20 gift certificate. I want a partial refund for the LACK of flora, or an arrangement that at least looks somewhat like what I ordered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SITE. It's a total scam!
The flowers that were received were not as nice as the ones pictured on the Web site. There was much more blue in the one's pictured and the ones that were received were either dying or the blooms were not opened and since it was for a funeral it would have been nice to have open blooms. I was not satisfied at all with the arrangement that was delivered.
I had written earlier saying that I have enjoyed your services, but I ordered two baskets (one flowers and the other candy) to be sent to the same address. I didn't think that I should have to pay deliver charges twice when they were going to the same address. Your response stated,

I did not see the flowers because they were sent to my mother in law out of state. I have been told they were lovely.
I CAN ONLY HOPE THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED AND ARE AS LOVELY AS THE PHOTO. OVERALL, THIS COMPANY IS SATISFACTORY BUT AS I CANNOT SEE THE DELIVERY, I AM SOMEWHAT GUARDED.
Over all a good experience. A little higher priced then same but loved that it was delivered with in 3 hours if placing the order.
Pricing is confusing to me - with all fees involved, the price was much higher than I had anticipated

Quick and easy to order. I ordered to send to a friend in a different city as a surprise and a delivery confirmation would be nice so I didn't have to ask to make sure she got it. She said the basket was lovely.
