I am very disappointed with my recent order! #1 I paid extra for more flowers $39.99 and a $14.99 service fee for a total of $47.48. #2 it was not anything like the picture. I was very embarrassed by what was delivered, looked worse than a bouquet I could have bought at Walmart or a local grocery store! I will not ever order from this company again and am posting on facebook about the horrible quality of the flowers!

Nice flowers
My order wasnt delivered at all! They didn't want to give me a refund, they only offered a gift card! Like I would EVER use them again! I should have looked here first before I ordered.
My order could not be completed on the day it was promised. When it finally arrived the next day around 2 p.m. the flowers were of very poor quality and looked like they were at least a week old. Very disappointed.

It would be nice to have a "hospital" option in the dropdown that has home or business to choose from.
To many fees ok w/one delivery fee but expedite fee and same day fee come on it means the same!
If you expedite is because you need it that same day. Today is Friday a weekday. Since when has it consider weekend Fee?

Not at all what I expected. The picture seemed to have more roses, but I haven't found an online flowering order that is what is shown. I don't mind a small difference but for short notice delivery was fine
It was very fast and easy ordering. I read many bad reviews and wasn't sure if I would get this delivery on time let alone have it delivered. But I am very satisfied after all and the person loved the flowers.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
