Beautiful flowers and very fast delivery.
You should put your handling fee with the flower fee - without it - a close to twenty dollar price difference that you don't know about until payment is really deceptive.
I was unhappy with the delivery method. I paid extra for delivery before 10:00 am which UPS did deliver at 9:57am to a receiving department but not to the name on the order. The delivery from the receiving department was well after the proper time.
Love this site! I just wish the delivery fee wasn't so much. Hooray for coupons.

1) The deliverer simply left the flowers at the reception desk of the recipient's work place, rather than waiting for the recipient to arrive at the desk after being called over.
2) While customer service told me that I would receive an email confirming the order as soon as it was delivered, I instead received an email only hours after the delivery had happened.
