My sister sent a picture of her flowers. I was a little disappointed that they weren't as pictured. I understand the seasonality of the flowers, but felt there were some roses but a lot of less expensive fill-ins than what was pictured

Flowers didn't even look like what I ordered all yellow should of been maroons and pinks. Ordered it because it didn't have yellow and that's all there was was yellow.

So far so good. I thought that the flowers I ordered were not delivered on time but it turns out it was my error. I thought I said to deliver them on Sept. 1st but I said to deliver them on the 8th. They were delivered on the 8th and my niece loved them! I apologize that I blamed fromflowers.com and I will definitely use them the next time I order flowers!
Very easy to order flowers, even when your not in the same country
Great site; easy to navigate and the prices were pretty reasonable. The only complaint I have is I paid extra to have delivery in the morning and it was not done until the afternoon.

I ordered an orchid arrangement for my sister in laws father's funeral and I rarely leave any feedback on anything I order, but she sent me a picture of the arrangement and it was beautiful. The picture on the website didn't do justice. I will definitely order in the future

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
