Floral arrangements look very nice in the photos. Prices are very reasonable compared to most florists in my area. First time buyer. I ordered my mom flowers in the hospital the the flowers I picked from the pic online looked nothing like the picture advertised. The small baby purple flowers where dead. And to top it off my mom overall only had 5 flowers in her vase.I called the number on the page they took those from from my mom and redelivered another group of flowers that where okay but still not of good quality. So I now will never order from this company I will just go to pro flowers.

The bouquet seems much smaller than the picture. I'm disappointed in the fact that it looks like I sent a cheap bouquet when it was not cheap. The size and value just didn't equal the price.
Hi I ordered my wife roses with a face vase and a teddy bear I had to use my grandmas card because I'm waiting for my new debit card but I really liked the fact that from you flowers contacted my grandmother just to be sure it was her who used the card. Not only was customer service very nice but they were watching out for my grandmother. And my wife loved her roses and vase. And the arrival time was perfect thank you from you flowers.

Personalized Vase very cool
The flowers were beautiful, but there is no confirmation that the balloons I sent with the flowers arrived and I paid EXTRA to have the flowers delivered to my mother in the hospital by noon and they weren't delivered until well after 6pm! Unacceptable! You kept my money and delivered LATE!
