The flowers were pretty once my mom received them - but - she didn't get them on the day I requested delivery (I placed order 4 days before) and from you flowers didn't call me back and let me know what was going on- the florist called my mom and asked about delivering them - when I called from you florist they tried to blame it in the florist they ordered from - they chose that florist not me! And then they wanted to offer me a $20. Gift card - won't order from them again

Quick and easy, though I'm not entirely sure how I got redirected from the 24 dollar bouquet to the 35 dollar one. But I had a discount and the flowers were lovely and the recipient pleased!

Had to cancel my 1st order because you were unable to fill it on time twice. I'm only using you again because of discount given. I guess to give a second chance. But tried using gift coupon and couldn't. Also your order forms are not user friendly. Too difficult to use.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
