Hello, was my first time to use this website it's a great company. I like when they make letter mistake with you in they right way fix it for you great company.
Very easy to use. Would like to have an option between an am or pm delivery time & to know at the beginning of selecting flowers what the delivery charge will be. Later I talked with the person who received the flowers. There was NO lavender colored flowers in the bouquet as pictured & described.
Which is what I wanted. The bouquet was mostly pink & white with a accent of light blue, NOT what I ordered! The bouquet that was delivered was pretty & fresh, but the receiver of the flowers likes purple & lavender. Thanks
I thought this was a small aragement for this amount, and it will be dead by Tuesday

Quick and easy, like it should be
This was a gift for my Mom's birthday, I had received once a birthday cake of flowers and I truly enjoyed it. I surprised my Mom the day of her birthday and was able to see the flower cake...it was beautiful, the flowers were fresh and bright and very festive. I will definitely be using this company again.

The wrong arrangement was delivered. When the correction was addressed, a different florist was contacted. While the correct arrangement was sent (and beautifully created) It was unfair to the second florist, who was unaware of the original purchase.
My sister sent a picture of her flowers. I was a little disappointed that they weren't as pictured. I understand the seasonality of the flowers, but felt there were some roses but a lot of less expensive fill-ins than what was pictured

Flowers didn't even look like what I ordered all yellow should of been maroons and pinks. Ordered it because it didn't have yellow and that's all there was was yellow.

So far so good. I thought that the flowers I ordered were not delivered on time but it turns out it was my error. I thought I said to deliver them on Sept. 1st but I said to deliver them on the 8th. They were delivered on the 8th and my niece loved them! I apologize that I blamed fromflowers.com and I will definitely use them the next time I order flowers!
