I would have liked to have a tracking number to know the status of my delivery in real time. This was a gift for someone else and I didn't want to ruin the surprise by asking "hey did you get something from me?".

I was surprised to see the additional service/handling charge. It almost made me cancel my order. I doubt I will send flowers again just because it's too expensive for me. This was the first time I ever did this.
So far it was very easy. The flowers looked very pretty in the picture. We will see if the flowers our friends receive are as nice.
I ordered the candy basket yesterday at 3 right now it is 12:50. I talked to the customer service Sophie who was really nice she told me that the basket would be arriving soon. She was really nice and really sweet. I just hope the recipient gets the basket before 5. Will provide an update if the order is correctly updated. But I am going to give 5 stars to Sophie because she was really sweet.
I was contacted by a customer rep who explained that there was a computer error and so my gift to my daughter for her 50th birthday was 2 days late. I was not pleased but I will say that I have been using From You Flowers for several years and this is the first time I have had a problem.
When I ordered I had inadvertently input the wrong street number. After I realized it I contacted Customer Service immediately. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
