I purchased a goodie basket for my daughter away at college. I purchased a deluxe basket, which I assume was a medium sized basket. The picture FromYou Flowers show does not state what size the basket they are showing is, it does however say some items may vary. Well that statement is a stretch... my daughter received NOTHING in the basket. What she did receive was three (3) cans of nuts (none of which they show in the picture... no potato chips and none of the candy bars they show in the picture. I paid a total of $68.00 for this cheap basket. Shop someone else or make your own basket. This company is a rip off, as they use a flower shop to make a goody basket, who they know will not have any of the candy they show on their website. To make matters worse the picture shows a bow on the basket, my daughter received a piece of twine tied around the basket. I wish I would have read the reviews first.

Never order fromyouflowers.com i order my mom her birthday present from them and paid extra from them to be delivered yesterday on top of a $15 handling fee and another $5 fee for selecting their guarantee 4 hour service. I finally called them last night after my mom had not received them and they said that their florist had a system error but nobody called to inform me about this. They also said they were going
To upgrade everything and refund me part of the shipping fees. They credited my account on their website. Also they said it would be there first thing this morning it is now almost 4pm and they still haven't been received. I will NEVER order from them again nor do I want their credits.

The flowers were sent to 2 people, my mom and a pseudo mom. From what I hear the flowers are beautiful. However the delivery person did not ring the doorbell, and in both cases just left the box on the doorstep. If the weather had been too hot or cold (as Minnesota weather can be) the product would have been ruined if no one happened to check the door step. Please require your delivery service to at least RING THE DOORBELL, if not wait for an answer. Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
