My teenage son was in a minor car accident with 2 friends last night, and he felt horrible and wanted to send both girls flowers today. I was thrilled with the same day delivery guarantee, paid extra for it, and received email confirmations for both orders. I even got an email saying that one order had been delivered! Then, got a message on my cell phone from a customer service rep to call her... with no reason why. I waited 45 minutes on hold when I called her back- they "weren't able to find a florist who could fulfill our request, so we hope Monday will be ok." No, Monday will NOT be ok- I chose your company because it promised delivery today- on Saturday! I was so disappointed- would leave zero stars if I could. Need to check my credit card and make sure my money was refunded. They wasted all afternoon that I could have been tracking down other flowers... so frustrating.
I ordered about 4 days prior to my delivery date.not around any Hallmark holiday and my flowers were delivered after 9pm the day I expected them to be delivered.

For the most part, From You Flowers has resolved my issues. Having said that, it has always involved several emails and phone calls to resolve the issues. The end result has always been good. It would be excellent if it was made easier to receive the benefits due.
Everything was easy to choose i loved all the choices. I picked the expedited option for my flowers to arrive before 12pm they didn't come until 5pm. The flowers didn't look like the picture on the website.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
