The shopping experience was good, but I wasn't expecting a15 service and handling fee at the very end. I'm not sure what that fee is for and why I paid it.
I'm not a huge fan of the hidden costs and the pre-selected options (deluxe, etc.)14.99 seems a bit excessive for flower delivery. Most people are not wanting to spend an arm and a leg on flowers and I wasn't able to see the delivery charge until after I entered in payment info. Not cool. After seeing a photo of the order, it was such a small bouquet of carnations. Not worth it. This is the second bad experience and I won't be returning.

Don't waste your time or money. I paid extra for same day delivery. The flowers were never delivered on her birthday. Had to call them 5 times, no apology. Horrible customer service. The flowers were delivered the next day, was supposed to be an upgrade. The flowers look horrible. This place should be shutdown ASAP! I will never order from them again!
Do NOT order flowers from this website! I wish I'd looked at reviews before placing an order. I wanted flowers to be delivered to my mom on her birthday yesterday. They guarantee delivery before 5 pm at a business. I called my mom at 5:10, and she said she had just left and didn't receive anything. I called customer service (twice) and they said they couldn't do anything (such as offer me a discount) until they spoke to a florist and confirmed delivery. Unhelpful.
Today, my mom said the office next door brought over the flowers and said they'd been delivered right at 5. They must have just missed my mom. So technically, a delivery before 5 pm, but that's cutting it pretty close! I also paid for the deluxe version of the flowers and it does NOT look like what was advertised on the website. This company does not live up to what it offers, and has terrible customer service. I want a refund but I'm not sure if I want to deal with them anymore.

Was quick and easy to find flowers that I liked
I wouldn't bother buying anything from this site. I had some flowers ordered to my grandparents and they never arrived! When I called customer service they said they would check what happened and get back to me-they never did! When I called back they said 'oh, our provider in that area was closed that day'. No sorry, nothing. What a waste of my time and money. I really would have expected more From You Flowers. To top it off my grandparents received nothing, they should have refunded me and made sure they got the flowers even though late.
The flower were not up to par their only lasted for three days.
Everything was great, I do think the prices are a bit high but overall a good experience.
Additional fees and when they were displayed. They cleared this up to my satisfaction. I'll definitely continue to use you for flowers.very satisfied with the service and the one issue regarding. Overall, a good, reliable place to shop online for floral needs.
