We needed something fast & easy and you have it...
Very unhappy that my flowers didn't come till the next day. Paid extra for same day service. Gave me a upgrade supposedly, but sure didn't look like an upgrade! Very disappointed. No one ever called me to tell me there was a problem with the florist and the flowers wouldn't be delivered the same day. I had to call the next day and ask why they weren't delivered as promised. Went threw two more people and they said flowers would be delivered first thing in the morning but weren't there till the afternoon. Very poor customer service. Will probably not be ordering from here again as this is the second time this has happened.

If the order gets there today - great. If it doesn't... And it didn't for some lame reason (my car got two flat tires). If you can't deliver it when you say you can deliver it, you shouldn't take the order! My order was two days late. If the order is going to be late, you have just got to let the customer know as soon as possible. I shouldn't have to call customer service. Refunding the order is nice but what I really wanted was the flowers delivered when you said they would when you took my money!

The order was guaranteed to be delivered by 12 noon and it was over a hour late. The bear was much smaller than what I expected and it was truly overpriced.

The flowers were gorgeous! The roses had wires so they stay strong much longer. In addition, fromyouflowers.com is so easy to use, they have awesome coupons, and it's a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

It was very easy to order the flowers and my mother was very pleased with the flowers upon arrival. My mother said they were absolutely gorgeous.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
