Shopppin online was very easy. There were a few surprises at checkout like the extra 4.99 for delivery even though when first looking and was advertised as available for same day delivery, I did not expect to pay the extra 4.99. There were also other charges which inflated the price of the flowers. How extra charges can equal over 20 bucks is crazy. A highly priced 30 dollar arrangemnet cost me 54 bucks. Would be nice to see real prices so that price comparisons were easier.
The premium vase looked larger in the photograph than actual. The flowers were intact and beautiful.

I don't like the default going to a higher price, such as it automatically landing on the medium price or it defaulting to "morning" delivery for 4.99 more. This can result in paying more than one intended to!
There was a ribbon that said "it's a girl" when the flowers were for an 86 year old woman and I didn't request that.
