The online shopping experience was wonderful. It's easy and the product online looks beautiful, but I was very surprised to actually see the product that was delivered. I was actually using this site for work purposes as well, being that I'm the Secretary for our Union and at times am asked to order flowers for our members or to send to a Funeral. This time I happened to be sending flowers to my daughter on her birthday. This experience has made me wonder. What is it that our members are actually receiving?

This is the second time I ordered from fromyouflowers.com in the past 3 weeks. Both time the flowers were beautiful. The second time, I paid extra for early delivery and they were not delivered until that afternoon (after 1). This should not happen if there is a fee.
Aside from the delivery time on the second order, everything has been wonderful.
The beginning price of the flowers is reasonable but after the delivery charge and other things are added it can get a little pricey. But when I have had to deal with customer service they are very efficient and friendly.

My experience wasn't all that great. I feel that the delivery charges were to high for being that it was only a few blocks where they had to deliver and the fact that I had no idea that it was going to be that much. I was disappointed that it was delivered late in the afternoon and that they delivered the wrong order. I do have to say that the customer service I received when I contacted them was very helpful. I hope when I use them again it will be a better experience.
I'm super mad! I tried calling them because I paid for the extra $4.99 so that it can be delivered in the 4 hour window which it didn't! No one would pick up the phone...Then when received the flowers weren't the ones I paid for! The computer said carnations with ribbons on the vase and I received 6 roses with no ribbons! I also paid for the medium price and looks like I received the smallest! Never again will I order from them again.
My order wasn't received the same day but because the other Florist was closed,fromyourflorist upgraded my order and sent a note letting my daughter know she was suppose to get on Sat this was appreciated.i have ordered from here for years and have been more than please with the quality of the flowers and how long they have lasted
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
