Very easy ordering, but the handling fee was far too expensive. The flowers were $20 and the handling was $15. I wouldn't have expected the recipient to 'tip' the driver. Not sure I'd use the service again at those prices.You can order as a 'Guest' and not have to 'sign up' for further orders. If you DO plan on using them again, sign up and log in the next time. I assume your information will simply populate the blanks. I'm sure it's easier that way if you plan to use them more than a few times. This was a 'one off', so I entered as 'guest'.

Product was delivered after granddaughter was discharged. Reordered and still delivered late to her home. She did love them. Never use this site again.

My experience with fromyouflowers.com was great.
The order process was relatively easy. I do appreciate the convenience and the ease of the shopping site. However, I paid extra to have the order delivered before noon, as I knew the recipient would be leaving around 2:30pm. The flowers were not delivered until 3:00pm or later. We had to find someone to pick them up as the recipient had to leave town for a family funeral.

Flowers were not even close to the picture indicated at the webpage. The orange vase that is shown and promised to be given at the webpage again was not provided, instead they wrap a stupid orange paper to the vase. I am totally not satisfied with my order. Flowers that i received were not worth the money i paid.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
